Who We Are

JTS is a full-service employee benefits and insurance consulting firm headquartered in Little Rock, Ark., with offices in Missouri, Oklahoma, Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi.

JTS was founded in 1998 by John T. Starling, J.D., who worked as both an insurance consultant and attorney. In 2011, JTS entered the school benefits market and, in 2017, acquired Educational Benefits, Inc. (EBI), in order to expand this education-focused division. We are now one of the largest employee benefits brokerage firms in the region. Our employee count has grown to almost 200 and our family of affiliate companies operate in 13 states.

Our team has decades of combined experience in employee benefits brokering and consulting. We’ve created an integrated approach using technology and customer service to provide outstanding product options, cost savings and support.
