Earlier this month, JTS leaders and team members attended a luncheon event sponsored by Arkansas Business Publishing Group, where JTS was named one of the “Best Places to Work” in Arkansas for the second time in the last two years.
Hundreds of companies register for the Best Places to Work program each year and Arkansas Business, together with outside firm, Workforce Research Group, evaluates employee survey responses to select the 50 companies that meet the criteria to receive the honor.
According to employee feedback and the final assessment, “JTS has built a standout workplace culture based in trust, integrity and genuine care for its employees since its founding in 1998. With a “people-first” philosophy, the company blends performance with purpose, offering employees competitive health care coverage, an employer-matched 401(k), tuition reimbursement and a full spectrum of wellness resources, including mental health support and ergonomic workspaces.”
JTS leaders credited the firm’s dedicated team and their focus on always living up to the company’s mission to be “trusted advisors” committed to protecting client interests and providing an “intentionally different level of service through innovative ideas and comprehensive solutions.”
JTS was featured in a special Arkansas Business publication spotlighting the Best Places to Work in Arkansas. In describing the many reasons JTS made the list, the publication highlighted how JTS “…creates opportunities for employees to connect outside the office through annual traditions including a crawfish boil, volunteer events, Town Hall celebrations and team outings” and noted that, “although more than 25% of employees work remotely, the company covers travel costs so they can participate in major gatherings and maintain relationships with colleagues across the organization.”
